• Go to torrent search engine

• Search for the file to be downloaded ,then sort searched torrents on basis of available seeds and download which having maximum seeds and better quality.Below you can see the torrent seems to be of better quality(file is .avi) and has good seeds

• Right click on it and do force start and bandwidth allocation high.

• Then open file tab and then do high priority for file yo be downloaded
