1.Right click on Ad and select adblock frame.
2.Select correct option,here since ad is from ad site select as following and do add filter now ads from that site will be permanently blocked on any web page.

Adblock plus for firefox
People using less bandwidth are tired of loading of pages due to annoying banners and other ads ,now you can permanently block this ads and banner on your firefox browser using adblock plus it is easy to just right click on ad you wont to block and then in adblock frame select correct option and block it
